These are some of my little chefs, Montana, Bianca, Jessee, Blake, Ava and Kate. For Teacher's Appreciation day they made apple cake pops for their teachers and parents. And we made Coconut Pineapple upside down cake in a jar for Mother's day. These are the pictures they used for the Mother's Day card.
Apple Cake Pops
1 pound cake or any white cake (crumbled)
1/2 cup of white frosting (you might need a bit more)
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
red sprinkles or red sugar, small green candies, pretzels sticks (cut in half)
mix the cake frosting and coconut until its the consistency of a dough but not really sticking to your hands Then make small balls about the size of a lime, sprinkle them with red sugar or sprinkles, place the pretzel in the top just like the stem and the candy next to it. Enjoy!
